Where it all starts.. is now.

Every moment that passes is a missed opportunity to better your life. The longer you say “I’ll get to it later, tomorrow or when I feel like it”, the longer it will take you to get to the place/person/life that YOU want to be and have. Don’t let others overrule YOUR choices! I’ve felt like this before in almost all of my past relationships, where I based my judgements on the other person instead of really taking a second and deciding what was right for ME.

NO ONE can help you if you don’t help yourself. You need to be the first. Find your inspiration! Take a look in the mirror!   =)

Whether you DID SOMETHING or DID NOTHING… you’ve made a decision.

For example: I can’t decide if I want to go to the gym!! (ya.. you’re not going to go. decision made. see my point?)

Think about that. I think about it often because it’s so true and it helps me be more decisive. Use it to you advantage. Tomorrow is just another yesterday… so DO SOMETHING!

Life and the Drenched Plus Weight Loss Program

Hello friends and family,

   I’ve been 25 years old for just over a month now, and since then I’ve come to some major realizations in regards to my life, the people in it, the things I do, and what I ultimately want. I have decided to remove the negative and better myself. And most of that has to do with my weight, being healthy and happy. Thankfully, I have started a new program at Drenched Fitness called Drenched Plus that has the potential to change my entire life and lifestyle! I am super excited about this and I am writing to reach out and ask for your support. Also, to make my goals public so I feel more accountable and driven to reach them!

   This is a 12 week nutritional (and fitness) program. I am currently 2 weeks in and I’ve already lost 3.6 pounds! 

   I maintain a record of my calorie intake (food logging), my max calorie intake per day is 1460. And I wear an Exerspy on my arm to track how many calories I’m burning, my minimum calories burned per day is 2360 (I usually go over that!). I’m exercising 3-4 times a week and I’ve significantly cut back on my junk food and alcohol intake! Which makes me feel great just for that pure fact!

   My goal that I’m aiming for is to lose 25 pounds in the 12 week program. I also plan on gaining valuable insight into healthy eating habits and improving AND maintaining my fitness level. I need your support as I work through this program to help me stay on track! Remind me of my goals and understand the challenges I may face. I value your opinion and I know that if you are reading this you are an integral and valuable part of my life. I’m looking to you now for your love and support.
